Mr. Stanley Bochenek, born on October 23, 1932 in Chicago, Illinois passed away at age 86 on February 24, 2019 in Seattle, Washington. He graduated from Holy Trinity Catholic High School in 1951. Stanley served as a Sergeant in the United States Air Force from 1951 to 1955 and he also worked as a vault supervisor for the First National Bank of Chicago until he retired in 1993. He was preceded in death by his parents Joseph and Helen. Stanley was married to Patricia for 61 years. He is survived by his daughter Anna Marie (Barry) and sons, Dave (Paula), Timothy, and Todd (Mindy). He is also survived by three siblings Joan (Ted), John, and Daniel (Kathy). He was preceded in death by his brothers Richard, Eugene, Paul, Thomas, Edward, Walter and Joseph, plus his sister Eleanore. He is survived by eight grandchildren and three great grandchildren plus several extended family members and friends. Stanley enjoyed gardening , any home repair, bowling, and watching professional sports (Seahawks, Bears, Cubs), especially golf. Above all he was a devoted Catholic who led his family to believe in Christ. He believed in working hard, treating others with dignity and respect, being honest and doing the right thing. He was a pillar of strength and integrity for his family and will be missed by many. The memorial service will be private in Kirkland, Washington. |
