May 13, 1994 - December 27, 2024 |
Harrison Patrick Johnson, a soul brimming with color, wonder, and love, passed away suddenly on December 27, 2024, at the age of 30, likely from complications related to an infection. Born on May 13, 1994, Harrison was a rare and beautiful spirit whose life was a testament to joy, creativity, and unshakable kindness. Harrison’s journey through life was shaped by unique challenges that became part of his remarkable story. At a young age, he faced a brain tumor that led to years spent in hospitals instead of playgrounds. Those early experiences left him forever young at heart, gifting him a sense of wonder and a love for life’s small and bright moments. Though this innocence brought both blessings and hardships, it was the essence of what made Harrison unforgettable to all who knew him. Harrison was an artist through and through. His love for vibrant, vivid patterns was mirrored in the way he lived his life—colorfully. Whether he was sketching fantastic patterns, dancing badly and boldly to loud music with a strong beat, or marveling at comic book movies, Harrison approached every day with childlike joy and unfiltered excitement. His ability to transform ordinary moments into bursts of creativity and laughter was a gift to everyone around him. Living fully in the present, Harrison embraced life with open arms and an open heart. He loved without reserve, trusted without hesitation, and found beauty in everyone and everything. His radiant smile, laughter that bubbled and erupted, and unmatched enthusiasm for live performances left a lasting impression on all who met him. Harrison leaves a large family and a circle of friends who will forever remember his spirit in their hearts. True to his vibrant and playful nature, Harrison hated the idea of somber gatherings and would never want a room filled with tears. To honor his wishes, there was a January 27th, 2025 gathering of his immediate family to celebrate his life. In lieu of flowers, Harrison would have loved for donations of colorful pens and coloring books to be made to local children’s hospitals, bringing a little joy and creativity to kids who need it most. Rest in peace, Harrison, into heaven may the angels guide and keep you. Your life was a masterpiece, and we are all better for having been a part of it. |
