Scott William Kays

On September 27th,  2022, Scott William Kays  passed away. He was born on July 08, 1962 in San Gabriel, CA. He later moved to North Bend, WA. where he met and married Maureen. He  is survived by his mother, Elsa Barbara Taylor,  and his wife, Maureen Kays. Scott will always be remembered for his giving heart and infectious smile, and love of the mountains and seas . He will be  sorely missed.
