Skip Balliet passed away unexpectedly on Monday, April 12, 2021, due to heart failure. He was born in Seattle on April 4, 1953 to Robert and Della Balliet. Skip lived in Seattle his entire life, graduating from Nathan Hale High School then joining his father at the family business, Balliet Screen Graphics. He worked with various companies in the screen-printing industry most of his life, eventually taking over Balliet Screen graphics when his father retired. Skip was sharp witted, quick with a joke and an entertaining storyteller. He was loved for his easy-going, fun-loving ways by his family and widespread web of friends. Skip adored his daughter, Sarah, and her family but had a special love for his only grandson Bronson. Skip is survived by his daughter Sarah Balliet, her husband Tyler Conarroe, and their son Bronson; good friend and ex-wife, Jana Balliet; father, Bob Balliet (and Bette Evans); sister, Bernadette Nova, her husband Ron, and daughters Courtney and Chelsea; nephew, Orion Balliet and his son Rigel; and brother-in-law, Jordy Andrew. He was preceded in death by his mother, Della and sister, Jennifer Balliet.
