Share your Memorial with Family & Friends

So excited to celebrate your art exhibition tomorrow on your birthday Susie!! It looks incredible (which I know you can see from way in your heavenly loft). Your friends and family (of course hubby David) are so moved by every stitch, ribbon, bead, button, thread, and fabric layer you created a masterpiece from. We cherish your talent, and the profound meanings of love and life and laughter and creativity that illuminate from within each one. Your life truly was a "Tapestry of Wonder and Love". We miss you! ---Your daughter

I had the pleasure of working with Susan and witnessing her art lectures (as a cadre of loving students followed her throughout the county!). David, our thoughts are with you in this sad season. Warm thoughts from me and many of us at KCLS. ~Wendy

While I did not know Susan personally, I did know David and what a beautiful and loving life they built together. My thoughts are with David and his family.

“Time," the Captain said, "is not what you think. Dying? Not the end of everything. We think it is. But what happens on earth is only the beginning.” ? from Mitch Albom Susie, may you be sailing the starry seas with our greatest Captain as we speak. You are incredibly missed by many, and so it shall be that in the end of our short lives here on Earth, the wings of Love and ageless time will soon bring us together again. I just know you will be there waiting to excitedly show us around with the expertise of your teaching, and we'll learn the Light by our smiles and joy. Thank you for showing us how to live life with courage and heart. I hope one day to have the faith and devotion you always deeply possessed.
